"With over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources, I have held senior management positions and served on executive committees in international and multicultural environments, primarily within the pharmaceutical industry.
This journey has given me a deep understanding of the complexity of human systems and the crucial role of leadership during periods of transformation: organisational and cultural change, collective performance, acquisitions, integrations and the creation of organisations.
As the founder of Flow•On Conseil, I have chosen to put this experience to work for individuals and organisations as a certified Executive Coach (HEC Paris, RNCP 6), a certified Narrative Practitioner, and an accredited practitioner for the EQ-i 2.0® and EQ-
i 360® emotional intelligence assessments.
With extensive training in the Strategic Systems Approach, I support leaders, teams and organisations in evolving their practices and governance by
encouraging a shift in mindset: fully embracing their role as responsible stakeholders and strengthening their autonomy to drive sustainable change.
As an active participant in innovation ecosystems, I also contribute to the momentum of the HealthTech sector, at the intersection of leadership, science and entrepreneurship.
